Brief info
CarrieAnn Baker began life in ministry while working with the traveling theater group Covenant Players along with her husband Caleb “Bake” Baker. They served together for the first 9 years of their marriage using drama as a means to encourage, challenge, and grow spiritually.
Studying psychology at Pacific Lutheran University, CarrieAnn has a strong background working with a local non-profit in counseling, marriage and relationship education, child development and parenting. Her work as Director of Family Ministries and Faith Formation over the past 3 years gives her a robust experience with Christian Education and ministry approaches.
Together CarrieAnn and Caleb are the proud parents to their adopted children Mayfrances and Amos Kayce, and the family’s surprise gift (after 20 years of marriage, pregnancy was possible!) Montgomery Grace.
Adventure, creativity, learning and connection are some of the things that drive CarrieAnn and help her to step into the role of Family Pastor, seeing this role’s purpose is “to help homes fulfill what it is called by Christ to do.”
